I craved grapefruit my entire pregnancy, too!! Drank grapefruit juice by the carton. Hmmm... more boy evidence?

Mine was pineapple. Even if I just drove by a store, my mouth would start watering. All I could think aboout was pineapple!

Lucky you. For me it was 7-11 Slurpees. Urk. Makes me gag to think of them now.

Del Monte in a jar..pink grapefruit sections.....already chilled...take a fork w/you...i opened a jar right in the grocery...drank the juice in the car...
now they make 8 packs in plastic cups...get thee to costco

oh, and i had 2 boy babies...just saying

Wow. I'm pretty sure the thought of pink grapefruit when I was pregnant would have made me sick! LOL

So glad you have such a great reason to feel sick. :)

My mom drank pink grapefruit juice by the barrel when she was pregnant with my brother.

(Also only had bad morning sickness when having boys)

    What is Starfish Envy??

    • L.A. 2009. I’m stuck in traffic on the 101 freeway, listening to Isabella Rosselini on NPR. Isabella, for some reason, mentions that starfish are one of those rare species that can reproduce asexually, and I realize that if I could do that, I wouldn't have to worry about finding a boyfriend/husband. I wouldn’t have to internet date! I wouldn't have to figure out if I want to/can/should have a baby/adopt a baby/child on my own. I wouldn't have to stress about things like FSH levels, or weigh my feelings on in vitro versus adoption. I would just have a baby. Thus began my starfish envy.
