The no-sugar apple pie that I would usually ignore at Whole Foods, somehow found its way into my basket on Monday... and into my tummy about three point four seconds after I walked through my front door balancing bags of gluten-free crackers and "homemade" chicken noodle soup.
I ate the whole pie.
It was a little pie.
But still. Not intended for one sitting while watching House.
How envious I am of people who only want a little, who are satisfied with just a few bites. Those people are fortunate indeed. I could smack them.
Reeling, as I am, with guilt over my gluttony (okay, one little pie isn't really gluttony, but I like the alliteration), I seriously appreciated this video, which I found on Feministing:
