Since when did you start working on TVD? Congrats! That's one of the shows on my list.

But my whole list? I talk about them all the time on my own blog.

Roswell is the top of the list - until it got cancelled
Gossip Girl
Grey's Anatomy
Glee - just finished watching the finale
FlashForward - until it got cancelled
24 - until it got cancelled
Doctor Who
Torchwood - that's coming back
Nurse Jackie

Right now I've really been enjoying Justified.

I'm afraid my TV list might be pretty pathetic. I have to fight tooth and nail to get control over the remote.

I have just joined NetFlix so I can watch instantly all those shows that I had wanted to watch from their beginning.

So, fave TV shows.

Lie To Me (probably at the top but the rest in no particular order)
Hell's Kitchen
24 (of course!)
Tonight I watched the 1st season/1st episode of BONES which I KNOW I'm going to love! I also watched the pilot of Friday Night Lights. FNL was because you told me how great it is Sarah. I'm worried though. I was born & raised in TX....I know how important their high school sports are etc. I can't deal with too many football game scenes.

OK, what I AM reading on my NOOK right now is a book you suggested and I'm totally in loves with it.....Their Eyes Were Watching God.

Wish I could share more on the TV front. Oh, I also will start watching So of Anarchhy as soon as the DVDslllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

Blessings, Chris ;

DOCTOR WHO. Unfortunately, not the latest season. And many of the ones you mentioned.

I love Glee. Can't believe how much. And I'm excited they are reshowing from the beginning as I missed the start. Also love Modern Family. Both recommendations from you so thanks there. Chuck, Bones and Lie to Me round out the list. oh and new Top Chef coming our way soon. I love my DVR. Happy Viewing.

I think Glee is hands down the best show on tv right now!

Also *love* Friday Night Lights and The Good Wife!

OMG. I LOVE Glee. I want to BE Sue Sylvester. Seriously. Ah, to be able to not only imagine, but deliver those delicious insults...

After grad school, I didn't really watch much TV until the past couple of years (except for Buffy and Angel), but I've recently gotten into Bones, Modern Family, FNLights, and Chuck (to some extent). I'm also intrigued by Fringe, but that's mainly because I adore Pacey. And now, of course, I'm going to have to try Vampire Diaries. Helloo Netflix.

West Wing will always be at the top of my list. I've seen it so many times, and it's always in circulation. Sometimes I just listen to the rhythm of the dialogue. And the others at the top of my list are Sports Night and Studio 60. Can you tell I'm a big fan of Aaron Sorkin?

Others I enjoy: Bones, Lie to Me, Chuck, both NCIS shows, most USA Network originals, LOVE So You Think You Can Dance...

There's more, but those are the main ones.

Loved Bones, Fringe and Friday Night Lights this season. Excited for the return of Mad Men, Caprica, and Sons of Anarchy.

My favourites are Lie To Me, 30 Rock, The Good Wife, Modern Family, Cougartown, Glee, Nurse Jackie and True Blood.

I also have a new obsession - the BBC Drama Life On Mars which I'm watching on DVD. It's fantastic and I'm looking forward to starting the spin-off series Ashes to Ashes once I finished...

TV addict much??

Can't wait for True Blood this week!

Also am a huge Don Draper/Mad Men fan!

p.s. LOVED the last two new episodes of LTM. Bummed you guys tarnished Logan Echolls in that particular way for me, though.

My Books (with Elizabeth Craft)

  • 'Bass Ackwards and Belly Up' and 'Footfree and Fancyloose' tell the story of four best friends who commit the ultimate suburban sin: putting off college to pursue their dreams.

Publisher's Weekly said: "Full of romance and adventure, laughter and tears, the story is a reminder that veering from the straight and narrow road doesn't always lead to a dead end."

    What is Starfish Envy??

    • L.A. 2009. I’m stuck in traffic on the 101 freeway, listening to Isabella Rosselini on NPR. Isabella, for some reason, mentions that starfish are one of those rare species that can reproduce asexually, and I realize that if I could do that, I wouldn't have to worry about finding a boyfriend/husband. I wouldn’t have to internet date! I wouldn't have to figure out if I want to/can/should have a baby/adopt a baby/child on my own. I wouldn't have to stress about things like FSH levels, or weigh my feelings on in vitro versus adoption. I would just have a baby. Thus began my starfish envy.
